Interested parties are asked to note that in accordance with usual practice, suppliers will be required to meet in full the cost of preparing their bids (unless otherwise stated in the contract information).
Residential Developer Pre-Qualification Scheme

English Partnerships is seeking to establish a Pre-Qualification Scheme for residential-led development opportunities. The scheme is an important and integral part of simplifying and streamlining the process for selling our sites to interested and capable development partners.
Individual site opportunities will still be openly advertised with scheme members being allowed to submit reduced levels of information reflecting the information already provided as part of the scheme. As such, members will achieve cost and environmental benefits. At this stage we are collating comments on the scheme and the purpose of this optional notice is to support this process.
