Previous Experience: From 1997 to 2008 Duncan was Regional Director for London and the Thames Gateway at English Partnerships. Previously worked for the London Docklands Development Corporation and the London Borough of Bromley. Eight years at a senior level, Countryside Properties, working on major development and regeneration projects.

Previous Experience: From 2005 until 2007 Jane was Chief Executive of CL:AIRE (Contaminated Land: Applications in Real Environments). Previously worked as Chief Executive of Urban Mines for over four years, and was Head of the Sustainability Team at Birmingham City Council. Qualifications include Environmental Sciences, Waste Management, Excellence in Communication and Leadership.
