Registered Social Landlords
(in London, Leeds, Sunderland, Milton Keynes or Manchester)
Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) build and manage affordable housing. They receive funding for housebuilding from a variety of sources such as the Housing Corporation, joint ventures with developers and English Partnerships.
Ed Warrick - Graduate Trainee

I spent six weeks at a Manchester-based RSL that worked with English Partnerships on several projects in the area.
I was exposed to all areas of their work, spending time with their development, housing management, tenant participation, sales and supported housing teams. For me, it was one of the most enjoyable placements of the scheme it was varied and well organised, with plenty of opportunities to get involved in a friendly, vibrant, workplace.
