English Partnerships is working to develop commercial and industrial property to stimulate local employment through two commercial joint ventures: Network Space and Priority Sites.
Priority Sites develops commercial properties in areas where private sector development and investment companies are generally reluctant to invest.
Network Space aims to encourage local employment opportunities for local people in the coalfields areas through the provision of managed workspace.
