What are we looking for?

We are interested in graduates with a good academic record in the built environment, regeneration or related disciplines. Equally, we are very happy to talk to graduates from other disciplines who can demonstrate an understanding and interest in housing and regeneration.

We are looking to recruit new career seekers who have not previously worked in the regeneration industry.

The ability to be self-motivated is particularly vital, as your work activities and colleagues will frequently change and you will need to learn to manage your time effectively and achieve a high standard of performance.

Throughout our recruitment process we will be looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

We are also looking for people who are eligible to work in the UK and are completely flexible to relocate several times, as the Graduate Development Programme does involve living and working in different areas of the country.
