Funding & Investment
We work to use and provide innovative funding solutions that will allow us to unlock the potential of some of the country’s most run down and deprived areas.
The Housing Gap Funding tool enables us to give grants to private developers and housing associations for housing-led regeneration whilst remaining compliant with European State Aid rules, and we can use Endowments to local authorities to enable on-going sustainable ownership and asset management at the local level.
We also have a investment joint venture - English Cities Fund - which invests in mixed-use projects in town and city centres and their fringes, where local economies fall below the European Union average.
